Be aware that the Vaidyagrama Treatment Centre, where the Ayurveda Treatment takes place is a real Ayurveda Clinic. So do not expect a wellness treatment but a highly professional Ayurveda Treatment. During the 2 weeks we will only stay in the centre - there will be no sightseeing, no shopping and no eating out. It is all about decompressing and turning our focus inside!
 

If you want to explore more of India, come with us to Kerala right before the treatment where you will have time to explore, try local cuisine, go shopping and much more..... We highly advise you to directly fly back home right after the treatment. Because then, you will start with your 3 month after treatment by yourself. And this is best done at home. Just for you to get the most out of your Ayurveda Treatment!
